At me ani tu, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy ensures transparency and a smooth shopping experience for all customers.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

• You may request cancellation of your order within 12 hours of placing it or before the order has been shipped, whichever comes first.
• To cancel, email us at services@meanitu.in with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
• If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Cancellation After Shipping

• Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• However, you may request a return after receiving the product (subject to our Return & Refund Policy).

3. Prepaid Order Refunds

• For successfully canceled prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
• The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD orders can also be canceled before shipping.
• For COD cancellations after dispatch, we request customers to refuse delivery at the doorstep.

5. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any order:

• If the product is unavailable or out of stock
• In case of pricing errors
• If the transaction appears suspicious or potentially fraudulent

You will be notified in such cases and refunded (if payment was already made).
