1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders are shipped from our Pune office, and dispatch timelines are subject to product availability and verification.
If your order includes multiple items with different dispatch dates, all items will be shipped together once the entire order is ready for dispatch.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Estimated delivery time within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- For international orders, delivery times vary based on destination and carrier logistics. Average delivery time ranges between 7–14 business days.
- Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance, payment verification, or unforeseen courier issues.
- Me Ani Tu Fashion is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or customs processes.

4. Shipping Charges & Fees
Within India
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- A flat ₹70 shipping fee applies for orders below ₹999.
International Orders
- Charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and courier service.
- Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Services
- COD is available for select pincodes within India.
- An additional ₹50 handling fee will be applied for COD orders.
- Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
6. Delivery Address & Shipping Conditions
- Please ensure that you provide the complete and accurate delivery address, including the PIN/ZIP code.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses.
- Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect or modify the delivery address.
- For shipments to multiple addresses, please place separate orders or contact our support team before confirming payment.
7. Reverse Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Reverse shipping applies only in cases of return or exchange requests as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
- Return shipping charges: ₹60–₹100 per parcel (auto-handled via Shiprocket).
- Reverse shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact.
8. International Shipping Policy
- We ship globally using DHL and FedEx.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on destination.
- Me Ani Tu Fashion shall not be responsible for customs-related delays or charges.
- The customer is responsible for paying applicable import duties, taxes, or other fees as required by the destination country’s regulations.
