At Me Ani Tu Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. Every product undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch. However, in rare cases where you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are committed to resolving the issue through a transparent and fair return or exchange process.
By purchasing from Me Ani Tu Fashion, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy applies to all online purchases made under the brand operated by M&T Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
1. Return Eligibility Criteria
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and seal tags intact.

Returns are accepted only for size issues, wrong items received, defective, or damaged products.
Returns Are Not Accepted If:

The product seal tag is broken.

The product shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage post-delivery.
-
The product was purchased under a sale, discount, or special offer.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers.
-
Innerwear, accessories, and hygiene-related products.
-
Customized or personalized orders.
-
Products marked as “Final Sale.”
3. Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate a Request
Fill the contact us form or return from order window within 7 days of delivery.
Include your Order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos of the issue.
Step 2: Verification & Approval
Our quality team will review the request and confirm eligibility within 2–3 working days.
Step 3: Pickup & Product Inspection
Once approved, a pickup will be arranged through our logistics partner.
Products will be inspected upon receipt at our facility.
Step 4: Resolution & Settlement
Upon successful inspection, you may choose from:

Exchange: Same or different size (subject to stock availability).

Store Credit: Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Refund: Processed as per Section 5 below.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for authorized and verified returns.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (customer must provide account details).

Shipping, handling, and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If a replacement product is unavailable, the full refund amount will be credited.
5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted only for size-related issues or defective/damaged products.

For exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g., size preference), reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

If exchanging for a product of higher value, the difference must be paid before dispatch.

Exchange requests are subject to availability of the requested size or item.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
6.1 Cancellation Before Shipping
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.
If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
6.2 Cancellation After Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product, as per this policy.
6.3 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
If the parcel has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery at your doorstep.
6.4 Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion if:

The product is out of stock or discontinued.

There is an error in pricing or product information.

The order appears suspicious, incomplete, or potentially fraudulent.
Customers will be notified in such cases, and any payment made will be refunded in full.
7. Refund Timeline & Payment Method
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of inspection approval.
Mode of Refund:

Online Payment Orders: Refund to the original payment method.

COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer.

Store Credit: Issued on request, valid for 12 months.
8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Deliveries
In case you receive a damaged or wrong product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via services@meanitu.in.

Attach clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.

Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.
9. Legal Disclaimer
Me Ani Tu Fashion and M&T Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
This policy is governed by and construed under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

This policy is effective from the date of publication and may be revised periodically. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any updated policy terms.
